In an interview with Zarafshan Shiraz of HT Lifestyle, Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar, Founder of Akshar Yoga Kendraa, shared, “Low platelet counts, known as thrombocytopenia, can result from various factors such as autoimmune disorders, infections, or medications. However, it’s crucial to approach these poses with caution and under the guidance of a qualified instructor.
