The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has extended the option-cum-preferences submission deadline for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam 2023. Candidates can now submit the post preference option till November 23 on the official website at ssc.nic.in. Earlier, the last date to submit was November 21. This step is crucial for candidates who passed tier II. It allows them to indicate their preferred jobs and departments in CGL 2023.
The commission has asked the candidates to check the preferences filled by them and revise the same as some of the options submitted by candidates may not have been saved due to a technical issue. Only candidates who appeared in the SSC CGL 2023 tier 2 exam can fill in their preferences. The Tier-I results were released on September 19, and the Tier-II phase was held from October 26 to October 27.
