Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board Issues Notification For 1,896 Vacancies – News18

The maximum number of vacancies is for the post of the nursing officer at 1,507.

The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) is currently accepting applications for various positions such as pharmacists, nursing officers, and others. Eligible candidates can apply through the official website before the deadline on March 13.

The recruitment drive seeks to fill a total of 1,896 vacancies in roles such as nursing officers, pharmacists, resource centre coordinators, cooks, and section officers. Here’s the breakdown of the vacancies for each position in the DSSSB Recruitment 2024:

Pharmacist: 318

Nursing Officer: 1,507

Resource Center Coordinator: 12

Aya: 21

Cook(Male): 18

Cook(Female): 14

Translator(Hindi): 2

Section Officer (HR): 4

For the DSSSB Recruitment 2024, applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old, with the maximum age limit dependent on the specific job role.

Application fee:

– Male candidates from the general category are required to pay a fee of Rs 100.

– Female candidates, as well as those belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and ex-servicemen categories, are exempted from paying the application fee.

For the DSSSB Recruitment 2024, candidates will undergo evaluation through a written examination. The minimum passing marks vary depending on the category:

– General category applicants: 40%

– OBC candidates: 35%

– SC/ST candidates: 30%
