AP LAWCET 2023: Candidates can apply for counselling on cets.apsche.ap.gov.in by tomorrow. The council has also released the revised schedule for the counselling process
The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has extended the Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test (AP LAWCET) 2023 phase 1 counselling registration process till tomorrow, November 22. Candidates who cleared the exam can apply for counselling on the official website at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. The council has also released the revised schedule for the counselling process.
The web options will be available from November 25 to November 27. Thereafter, candidates will be allowed to make changes in website options on November 28. The AP LAWCET 2024 phase 1 counselling seat allotment result will be released on November 30. Candidates shortlisted may report to the designated colleges between December 1 and 2 to reserve their seats.
AP LAWCET Phase 1 Counselling 2023: Documents Required
According to the latest schedule, the verification of uploaded certificates will be conducted between November 18 to 24. Candidates need to upload these certificates while applying for the counselling process:
— APLAWCET-2023 Rank Card and Hall Ticket,
— Degree / Intermediate or its equivalent pass certificate & memorandum of mark
— Transfer certificate.
— SSC or its equivalent Marks memo,
— Study certificate giving the details of past seven years of study from 1st appearance of qualifying exam.
— Residence certificate for preceding seven (7) years of the qualifying examination in respect of candidates who have private study without any institutionalised education.
— Latest Income Certificate / White Ration card, issued by the competent authority containing the name of the candidate
— Aadhar card OR any Govt. ID (PAN / DRIVING LICENCE)
— Caste Certificate, etc., issued by competent authority containing the name of the candidate
— PH/Sports/CAP/NCC / Scouts & Guides
— Minority Certificate (SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the
Head Master)
— EWS Certificate if applicable.
AP LAWCET Phase 1 Counselling 2023: Steps to Apply
Step 1: Go to APSCHE’s official portal at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the AP LAWCET 2023 counselling section.
Step 3: Register yourself. Fill out the form.
Step 4: Submit documents. Pay the fees. The registration fees for the counselling for OC and BC category candidates is Rs 1000, and Rs 500 for those belonging to SC, ST, and PH categories.
Step 5: Take a printout of the acknowledgement form for future reference.
The AP LAWCET 2023 was conducted on May 20 from 3 pm to 4:30 pm. The result was released in June. The Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test is held for candidates seeking admission into 5-Year LL.B. / 3-Year LL.B. and Postgraduate Law programmes – LL.M. /M.L., respectively. These courses are offered by State Universities or Constituent Colleges as well as affiliated colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
