TITHI, NAKSHATRA, AND RASHI DETAILS FOR FEBRUARY 28

The Chaturthi Tithi is expected to be in effect until 4:18 AM, following which the Panchami Tithi will commence. The Hasta Nakshatra is forecasted to prevail until 7:33 AM, after which Chitra Nakshatra will begin.
