The UPPSC Staff Nurse Recruitment 2023 registration deadline ends today September 29, as announced by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC). Candidates eligible and interested can sign up for this recruitment on the official website at uppsc.up.nic.in. Candidates can apply for these positions and submit the application fees until October 11.
The commission is in the process of hiring for a total of 2,240 positions. These include 171 openings for male staff nurses and 2,069 for female staff nurses. Additionally, there’s a separate recruitment exam for 300 staff nursing ayurvedic positions, consisting of 48 for males and 252 for females.

UPPSC Staff Nurse Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria
Male applicants for the position must fulfil the following requirements:
– Candidates must hold a scientific diploma from classes 10 and 12.
– Candidates must have a BS in Nursing that is registrable with the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council or a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery.
–Candidates must have a registration certificate from the UP Nurses and Midwives Council that verifies your nursing and midwifery status.
– The Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council must have granted candidates a nurse and psychiatric license.
To be taken into consideration for the roles, female applicants must hold the following documents:
– Candidates must have cleared Class 10 and Class 12 with science as a compulsory subject.
– Candidates must have a diploma in general nursing and midwifery or a BSc in nursing registrable with the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council.
– Candidates must possess a registration certificate from the UP Nurses and Midwives Council attesting to one’s status as a nurse or midwife.
UPPSC Staff Nurse Recruitment 2023: Application Fees
For students in the unreserved, economically underprivileged sections, and OBC categories, the registration fee is Rs 25. Those who belong to the SC or ST categories, the fee is Rs 65. Candidate’s with disabilities also need to pay Rs 25 as the registration fee, and this fee needs to be paid in advance.
