Telangana Exit Polls 2023: Congress Giving Tight Fight to BRS; BJP, AIMIM in Single Digits – News18

The poll of polls for Telangana predicts 56 seats for Congress, 48 for the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and 0 to the Other parties

Exit poll results for five election-bound states – Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Mizoram and Rajasthan – came out on Thursday, giving projections of how the parties are going to perform. Exit poll portals predicted a tight fight between Congress and the ruling BRS in Telangana.

Voting for Telangana assembly polls took place on November 30 and recorded a voter turnout of 63.94 per cent till 5 pm.

The poll of polls for Telangana predicts 60 seats for Congress, 48 for the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), 6 for All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM), 5 for Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) and 0 to the other parties.

As per the predictions by the Poll Strategy Group (PSG), the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) will be leading with 53 to 58 seats, Congress will win 49 to 54 seats, AIMIM will get 6 to 7 seats and the BJP with acquire 4 to 6 seats.

Axis my India predicts 40 to 50 seats for Congress, 36-46 seats for the BJP and 1-5 seats to others. On the other hand, C Voter predicted 41 to 53 seats for Congress,36 to 48 for BJP and about 0 to 4 seats for others.
