Police looking for suspects after man stabbed in violent carjacking in Etobicoke


Police are searching for two suspects after a man was stabbed in a violent carjacking in the city’s west end Monday night.

The incident happened in the area of Rogers Road and Old Weston Road, in Etobicoke, just after 8 p.m., Toronto police announced over Twitter.

After the two suspects stabbed the victim, the pair took off in his vehicle: a blue Nissan Rogue with licence plate CWAE 278, last seen headed toward Keele Street.

Police and paramedics were at the scene Monday night. Anyone who has information or sees the vehicle is asked to call 9-1-1.
