Partner Content | NBA prop picks March 24: Expect a monster night from Giannis Antetokounmpo

The NBA is rolling with a loaded 10-game slate tonight and we’ve got three prop picks to accompany it.

The pregame narrative: Giannis Antetokounmpo is in the middle of an MVP march and we’re expecting him to detonate on the Utah Jazz tonight. Meanwhile, Dillon Brooks has an unreasonably low point total and Devin Booker is worth a fade against the Sacramento Kings.

Find all our best NBA props picks for March 24 below.

NBA odds as of 11:46 a.m. ET on 03/24/2023.

NBA prop picks

Best Bet : Antetokounmpo over 30.5 points (-124)

Backing a player to score 31 points is a tall task — unless that player’s name is Giannis Antetokoumpo.

The Greek Freak is averaging 31.2 points per game this season and has cleared this line in six of his past nine games. He’s coming off a performance against the San Antonio Spurs where he netted 31 points in just 24 minutes of play.

Giannis’ ability to score isn’t up for debate and the fact that he’s playing a poor defensive team makes us even more confident in this bet.

Utah owns the seventh-worst defensive rating in the NBA (115.9) to pair with the eighth-worst scoring defence (117.4). The Jazz also allow the fifth-most points in the paint per game (53.2) and that’s right in Giannis’ kitchen.

Add in the fact that Antetokounmpo is flying up the MVP leaderboard and we’re willing to bet he’s got a little extra motivation to fill the basket tonight.

Key stat: Giannis has cleared this line in 32 of 55 games this season where he’s played 10-plus minutes (58.2%).

Quick picks

Brooks over 11.5 points (-122): Brooks is averaging 14.2 points per game this season and has cleared this line in six of his past 10 games. He’s not a guy that can explode for 30 points but this line still feels low, especially considering his opponent.

Brooks will be playing a Houston Rockets team that has the fourth-worst scoring defence in the NBA (118.3). Houston also owns the second-worst defensive rating (118.4) and allows the fifth-most points to small forwards per game, according to FantasyPros.

Brooks had 16 points in his lone appearance against the Rockets this season.

Booker under 32.5 points (-110): Booker has cleared this line in two straight games but we believe this is asking a little much of a guy who’s averaging 28.1 points per game this season.

Sure, he’s on a heater, but Booker also fell under this line in six of his 12 games since the all-star break including against the Kings earlier this month.

He’s played Sacramento three times this year and went under this mark twice.
