There are three NBA games on tonight and we’ve tapped into at least one pick from each contest for our parlay.
The pregame narrative: Jayson Tatum should continue cooking from beyond the arc while we expect Anthony Edwards to fall under an alternate assist total in a losing effort. We’re also backing Russell Westbrook in the nightcap against the Phoenix Suns.

NBA parlay picks
Parlay: Tatum over 2.5 threes + Edwards under 5.5 assists + Nuggets ML + Westbrook over 23.5 points (+286)
Tatum over 2.5 threes (-278) : Tatum has cleared this total in each of Boston’s playoff games and we’re expecting him to continue cooking tonight.
The Celtics’ superstar has increased his 3-point volume with each game of the series, with 11 attempts in Game 3 and 13 attempts in Game 4. Overall he’s shooting a stellar 16-of-40 from beyond the arc (40.0%) against the Hawks.
Atlanta isn’t renowned for its defence and we expect Tatum to perform at his season-long average (3.2) at home.
Other parlay legs
Edwards under 5.5 assists (-159) : Edwards averaged well below this number (4.4) during the regular season and has fallen under this total in each of Minnesota’s four playoff games.
In fact, Edwards has gone under six assists in eight of his last nine games dating back to the regular season including each of his past four contests on the road.
He averaged just 4.1 helpers per game away from Target Center this year and will likely be taking a shoot-first approach tonight with Minnesota’s season on the line.
Nuggets ML (-455) : We’re adding this play in at a heavily juiced -455 just to spruce the odds up a little bit. Denver was one of the best home teams in the NBA this season with a 34-7 record at Ball Arena and a +9.6 net rating (third-best).
The Nuggets didn’t have much of an issue with the T-Wolves in the opening two games of this series, winning by 29 and nine points. Expect them to take care of business tonight.
Westbrook over 23.5 points (-200) : We’re backing Westbrook to clear a 25.5-point line in today’s playoff prop bets but are teasing that down a couple of points for this wager.
Russ is averaging 31.66 points over the past three games and has comfortably cleared this line in each of those contests.
He’s also averaging 26.0 shot attempts per game since Kawhi Leonard went out of the lineup. Expect him to lead the Clippers’ offence again in a must-win Game 5.
