We’re putting together a parlay for Saturday’s eight-game March Madness slate.
The pregame narrative: The dogs have been barking but we’re backing two No. 1 seeds — the Kansas Jayhawks and Alabama Crimson Tide — on the moneyline and are also taking No. 3 UCLA Bruins on an alternate spread.
Check out our best March Madness Round 2 parlay picks for March 18.

March Madness Round 2 parlay picks
Parlay: Kansas ML + Alabama ML + UCLA -3.5 (+202)
Kansas ML (-157) : The Jayhawks have a tough draw with the No. 8-seeded Arkansas Razorbacks but we still think they’ll get the job done.
Kansas had the most Quad 1 wins of any team in the nation this season (17-7) while Arkansas struggled mightily in that regard (4-10).
The Razorbacks didn’t flinch against the Illinois Fighting Illini in the first round but there were some concerns that should be exposed against the Jayhawks.
NCAA bracket: Play the bracket here
Arkansas shot 38.1% from the field, 27.3% from deep and scored 22 of its 73 points from the charity stripe. That’s pretty much been the case for Eric Musselman’s squad all season as the Razorbacks ranked 305th in 3-point percentage (31.6%).
That won’t be good enough to keep up with a Kansas team that ranks 25th in adjusted offensive efficiency, per KenPom.
Other parlay legs
Alabama ML (-385) : This is a really chalky play that we wouldn’t recommend betting individually — but in a parlay it’s a nice way to back one of the best teams in the country.
Alabama ran roughshod on Texas A&M-CC in the opening round, scoring 95 points while draining 15-of-35 shots from deep (45.5%).
The Crimson Tide are a force to be reckoned with and their opponents — No. 8 Maryland Terrapins — are woefully overmatched.
UCLA -3.5 (-220) : We rode with UCLA -7.5 as our best bet in tomorrow’s March Madness picks so shaving four points off the spread seems like a no-brainer.
The Bruins were a clinical 20-10-1 ATS this year as a favourite and enter this match having covered five of their last six games.
They’ll take on a Northwestern Wildcats that’s failed to cover in three of their past five games.
