Soon-to-be newlyweds Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal flew out of Mumbai today to Rajasthan where they will marry this week. Katrina Kaif, all dressed up in ochre, waved to the paparazzi that had waited outside her home all day to photograph her. At Kalina airport, Vicky Kaushal was dressed in a similarly coloured shirt. Both actors were accompanied by their family and other members of their entourages. The wedding and preceding festivities will take place at the Six Senses Resort, Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur; the sangeet and mehendi will be held on December 7 and 8 and the wedding itself on December 9.

The guest list for the wedding is almost a state secret with reported non-disclosure policies and secret codes for venue access. Guests will have to be fully vaccinated against COVID or show a negative RT-PCR test result in order to attend, Sawai Madhopur District Collector Rajendra Kishan told news agency PTI – 120 guests have been invited.
In other updates, dharamashalas in the Sawai Madhopur area have been booked for security staff and the groom will reportedly be attended by seven white horses when he makes his entry.
Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal were outed by actor Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor in June this year; asked on the chat show By Invite Only to reveal one celebrity rumour he knew to be true, Harsh Varrdhan said, “Vicky and Katrina are together, that’s true. Am I going to get in trouble for saying this? I don’t know. I think they’re quite open about it.” We can’t agree but Vicky and Katrina have been photographed at each other’s houses over the last few days – the closest to confirmation that the public can expect.
Katrina Kaif was last seen opposite Akshay Kumar in Sooryavanshi; her lineup includes Phone Bhoot and the third Tiger film, and she will also begin work on a project co-starring Priyanka Chopra and Alia Bhatt. Vicky Kaushal won the National Award for Best Actor for Uri: The Surgical Strike in 2019; he starred in the acclaimed Sardar Udham this year.
