According to her post, 72% of people believe protein is difficult to digest and thus must be avoided at night completely, while 79% believe that protein is expensive to procure.
She also informed via her post that 85% feel that protein leads to weight gain and is important only for bodybuilders.
Clearing all the myths regarding proteins, she mentioned that proteins are crucial macro nutrients and are important at all stages but especially in growth phases for children.

What do you need?
1 cup soaked green moong dal, 2 green chilli, 1-inch ginger, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 2 tbsp pizza sauce, 2-4 mushrooms, 2 jalapenos, 2 olives, 2 tbsp green capsicum, and 2 tbsp cheese.
How to make Protein Pizza
Take a blender jar, add soaked moong dal, green chilli, ginger, and coriander leaves, blend it to a smooth paste. Now add salt and baking soda. Heat a pizza pan, and pour the paste in the form of a pizza and cook on both sides, using enough oil. Once done, add pizza sauce and toppings of mushroom, jalapeno, olives, green capsicum, and cheese. Cover the lid and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Serve hot!
