Many of us try to avoid packaged Nutella considering preservatives and artificial sugar content. In her recent Instagram post, Pooja Makhija informed that Nutella contains ingredients such as palm oil, soya lecithin, emulsifiers, and copious amounts of sugar which are known to cause inflammation and other health problems.
You will be surprised to know that 57% of the weight of packaged Nutella is nothing but sugar.
