First of all, soak almonds, poppy seeds, and white pepper separately overnight. Next, peel the almonds and then blend them together to form a thick paste. Take a saucepan, add ghee and the paste and on low flame cook it for 1.5 hours or till the mixture becomes brownish in colour. Once done, you can store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. And when you have to eat it, take a small portion in a pan, add 4 tbsp milk and sugar as per taste, cook for a minute and enjoy. (Image: istock)
