How much new brides love reds and how much radiance do they exude wearing shades of red, right? Since red is supposed to be the official colour for brides, here’s some fashion inspiration for all new brides in the form of a beautiful sharara set which actress Shriya Saran donned recently.

For the Gamanam press meet, South Indian star Shriya slayed in a bright red sharara set by ace designer Anushree Reddy, and if you love ethnic picks in red, you ought to have a look.

The beautiful sharara set comprised a sleeveless kurta featuring intricate floral embroidery with red thread. The hems featured cutwork detailing. The sharara was made of tulle to give it a puffed look. Also came along with the outfut a matching dupatta in sheer with cutwork and some sequin work at the borders.

Shriya finished off the look with stone-studded earrings and a gold cuff by L Bajrang Pershad and a red coloured bindi.

Her makeup was simple with nude lips and a kohl-rimmed eyes.

Shriya starrer Gamanam is an upcoming Indian Telugu-language anthology film written and directed by debutant Sujana Rao. The film also Siva Kandukuri, Priyanka Jawalkar along with Suhas, Nithya Menen, Charuhasan, Bithiri Sathi, and Ravi Prakash. The film is said to be based on a police officer, who resolves to take revenge on his estranged father who is blamed for the rape and murder of his aunt.
