Meat is an essential source of protein and even after people are slowly switching to vegetarianism, there still exists a large amount of population that cooks and consumes meat. The different types of meat which are eaten worldwide are that of goat, chicken, lamb, turkey and beef. Meat is low on carbohydrates and one of the most used food items in our kitchens, if we are non-vegetarians. Cooking the perfect, tender and juicy meat is sometimes a task for us. We tend to overcook or undercook the meat and that often ruins the whole texture of it. If we buy fresh meat and then cut it on our own at home then we must have proper knives and boards to do so. We must stay aware of the areas from where we need to cut and extract the flesh.
