To make this quick chocolate recipe at home, take a pan and heat it over medium flame, add 1 tablespoon of butter and add ½ cup almonds, ½ cup pumpkin seeds, ½ cup walnuts, 1/4cup sunflower seeds and roast it all together. You can also roast these in an oven.

Next, take a 200 grams dark chocolate bar, melt it nicely in an oven and to this melted chocolate, add ½ cup peanut butter, make a thick mixture and add a dash of salt and 2 teaspoon sugar free sweetener/stevia/ 2tablspoon honey, whisk. Place a parchment paper and grease it with little butter, pour this chocolate mixture and spread it evenly on the tray. Add the roasted nuts and seeds. Refrigerate and cut it into equal bite sized pieces and enjoy.
