India is known as the land of spices and if we look back we have a long history of spices that are an integral part of our cuisine too. And when we talk about spices, there is a particular style and pattern in which they are used in Indian kitchens. Sadly, in recent times, the spices have been used as means of marketing and especially in times of pandemic, where boosting the immune system is an important task, we are often persuaded to begin the day with spices shots, but the question of concern is, are they really beneficial?
