Workouts are Prateik Babbar’s midweek blues fix. Here’s proof


Prateik Babbar is our fitness motivation. The actor’s Instagram profile is replete with pictures and videos featuring his workout routine and they always manage to push us out of our beds and to our gym. Prateik swears by high intensity workouts and kickboxing, and some of the glimpses shared by him on his Instagram profile are not for the faint-hearted.

Prateik also intends to motivate his fans and his Instagram family to take up working out seriously – hence, snippets from his daily workout routines often find their way on his Instagram profile in the form of videos and stories. On Wednesday, however, Prateik’s friend Pushkar Soni was the one who gave us a glimpse of the kind of hard work and dedication that the actor has for his fitness routine.

The video of Prateik engrossed in his fitness routine was originally shared by Pushkar on his Instagram stories, which was further reshared by Prateik on his own Instagram stories. In the video, Prateik, with his back to the camera, can be seen working on his arm and back muscles. Dressed in a white printed tee shirt, Prateik accessorised his gym look with a black beanie as he kept working out by pulling a gym string, attached to a gym equipment. The workout routine, as performed by Prateik in the video, comes with multiple health benefits for the upper body muscles. The exercise routine helps in strengthening the muscles and toning them for betterment. It also helps in shedding the extra kilos and leaning the muscle mass. If incorporated in the daily fitness routine, workouts targeting the arm and the back muscles also help in reducing the risk of injury and improving the overall posture of the body. It also helps in protecting the bones and stabilising the body.
