One can see chickpeas, green olives and jalapeno pepper, thrown in with tofu and chicken chunks along with boiled eggs and lemon on the side! Doesn’t it look like a perfect mix of healthy and tasty? ‘Spring Vibes’, Malaika wrote in the picture as a GIF. Tofu, eggs and chicken chunks are known as some of the richest sources of protein and it seems like Malaika Arora knows how important it is to include protein in our daily diet. Not only protein is known as the building blocks of our body, but it also keeps us full for long thereby aiding in weight loss.
