To make this low-fat makhana kheer, you would need milk, makhana, sugar, chopped dry fruits and green cardamom. First, take a vessel, pour in the milk and break the makhanas into smaller pieces. Then add them to the milk and let it simmer for almost two hours without covering, till the milk boils down and the seeds are soft. Next, put in the sugar and stir continuously.
