Kids Special: Nutritionist Pooja Makhija Gives Regular Rotis A Delicious Makeover

Children are fussy eaters -, they do not like vegetables, lentils, or even rotis. But give them a slice of pizza or a burger, and see how they devour it within minutes. While they are growing up, it is essential for kids to eat foods that are as nutritious as possible. The downside, however, is that often healthy and nutritious foods do not necessarily taste delicious to children. Coming to the rescue with a yummy and healthy solution is nutritionist Pooja Makhija, who has an unconventional twist on the regular rotis that will ensure your children eat healthily.
