With this quick and easy recipe, you will be able to make all the elements of paneer tikka roll from scratch. The paneer is marinated in tikka seasoning to give spicy and flavourful paneer tikka. The paneer is then stuffed in egg paratha to give it a kathi roll feel.
How To Make Paneer Tikka Roll:
Marinate the paneer and veggies in curd, salt, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, kasoori methi, chaat masala, oil and besan for the paneer tikka. After 30 minutes of marination, place the paneer in skewers and grill it in the oven. Paneer tikka for the roll is ready!
Knead the dough using maida, salt, cornflour, ghee and milk. Make parathas out of this dough. When you are cooking the paratha on the tawa, crack an egg on top. Once the egg paratha is cooked place the paneer tikka on top and garnish it with tomato sauce. Roll the paratha and the dish is ready!
