Yasmin shared the delicious and simple recipe on her Instagram Reels, and it requires just a handful of ingredients — banana, oats flour, almond milk, and cinnamon. Cinnamon rolls are a popular dessert and known to spread their delicious warmth with each bite. However, the dish normally contains 2,000 calories. But Yasmin’s version of the scrumptious dessert is low on the calorie quotient and high on taste.
The dish looks so decadent that it will leave you running to your kitchen to try. Here is a list of ingredients you will need to create it.
- 1/4 banana
- 3 tbsp oats flour
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- Cinnamon (to taste)
- Cinnamon sugar (coconut sugar + cinnamon)
- A dash of salt
- Some cookie butter
