Bollywood celebrities never miss a chance to motivate their fans to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle by sharing snippets from their routine. Bhagyashree is also one of these stars who constantly pushes herself to keep fitness first and urge fans to do the same. She did the same in her latest post.

Taking to Instagram recently, Bhagyashree posted a reel which was a compilation of all exercises she did in a day. The actor is currently holidaying, but that did not stop her from continuing her fitness routine.

Bhagyashree shared the reel with the caption, “Fitness first…no matter where you are and what you do…don’t give up on keeping fit, mobile and agile. #exercise #fitnessmotivation #legworkout #outdoor #workoutmotivation #workouts #beingfit #healthmotivation #nevergiveup.”

The video shows Bhagyashree, dressed in a red sweatshirt with black training tights and shoes, exercising amid lush greenery. She did several leg strengthening and core muscle exercises.

The reel begins with Bhagyashree doing Step-Up with a Knee Raise, followed by Step Jump routine, Squats With Steps and Lunges. All the exercises that the star did in the clip are great for toning the glutes, upper legs, quads, hamstrings and hip flexors. They also help in increasing muscle mass to build up strength in the body. These exercises also help in burning calories.

Additionally, squats and lunges strengthen the lower body and core muscles and boost athletic ability and strength.

Her video motivated us to keep fitness first no matter the circumstances. Amid the pandemic, when health seems to take a backseat for many of us, Bhagyashree’s video is definitely an inspiration.

Earlier, she had also shared a home remedy to beat the cold and cough. She suggested having vitamin C regularly and shared a recipe of tulsi leaves, ginger, honey and peppercorns.
