The Kerala plus two results have been announced today. State Education Minister V Sivankutty has announced the result in a press conference at Thiruvananthapuram. “A total of 3,28,702 students have qualified for higher education,” the minister said. The state board has recorded 87.94% pass this year which is an improvement from last year by 2 per cent, he added.
The minister said, a total of 48383 students in the state– in all three streams secured A plus, the highest grade in Kerala plus two exam.
Among the districts, Ernakulam district has registered the highest pass this year and Pathnamthitta has registered the lowest pass.
The SAY or improvement exam in the state will be held on August 11.
The pass percentage in science stream is 90.52%.
In commerce and arts the pass percentages are 89.13% and 89.33%, respectively.
