CBSE: Students should expect to receive the CBSE Date sheet for classes 10 and 12 via a shared PDF by November 17, according to media reports
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) previously stated that the class 10 and 12 Board Exam 2024 would commence on February 15 in a notification issued a few months ago. The full schedule for the board examinations for classes 10 and 12 has however not yet been made public. The CBSE date sheet 2024 is anticipated to be made available on cbse.gov.in shortly after Diwali as per reports. Candidates should be aware that neither authorities nor Exam Controller Sanyam Bhardwaj have confirmed the dates for the release of the final exam timetable. Students should expect to receive the CBSE Date sheet for classes 10 and 12 via a shared PDF by November 17, according to media reports.
In previous years, the CBSE has released date sheets approximately 1 to 1.5 months ahead of the very first day of the examination. The board also stated in July that these tests will last around 55 days and are scheduled to wrap up on April 10, 2024. In addition, CBSE requested other exam regulatory authorities to make sure that the schedules of their competitive undergraduate examinations do not conflict with the Board exams in 2024.
CBSE CLASS 10, 12 BOARD EXAMS 2024: HOW TO CHECK DATE SHEET
Step 1: Visit cbse.gov.in, the Central Board of Secondary Education’s official website.
Step 2: On the page that appears, select the link titled “CBSE Class X or XII Date Sheet 2024 pdf.”
Step 3: The PDF document with the exam date 2024 will show up on the screen.
Step 4: Carefully review the exam date, time, and any other pertinent information.
Step 5: Download and print the CBSE exam date 2024 PDF for your records.
However, for both Classes 10 and 12, the practical exams and the board’s yearly theoretical exams are set to begin on January 1. In contrast, for schools that are closed for the winter season, the practical exams will commence on November 14.
CBSE Class 10 Board Exams 2024 covers a variety of subjects like Hindi, English, Science, Social Science, Mathematics, and others. CBSE administers the class 12 board exams each year for theory and practical courses in the Arts, Commerce, and Science streams.
The exam patterns for the CBSE Board Exam 2024 will include 50 per cent case-based questions, 20 per cent response-type questions, 20 per cent MCQs and 30 per cent constructed response questions (both short and long)
