AAP said that instead of sending repeated summons, the central agency should wait for the Court’s verdict
Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal, for the sixth time, skipped the Enforcement Directorate’s summon asking him to appear before it for enquiry in connection with the Delhi excise policy case.
AAP said that the federal agency’s summons are “illegal”, adding that the matter of their “validity” is in the Court now. “Instead of sending repeated summons, the ED should wait for the Court’s verdict,” the Kejriwal-led party said.
